Yes we do accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All Shipping costs related to a return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Products are shipped from Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada. Domestic shipping is $10 flat rate for orders under $60. Over $60 (before tax) qualifies for free shipping. We ship via Canada Post. For customers outside Canada please email hello@thetwig.ca for a shipping estimate.
