Aisle Menstrual Cup – Size B

The Aisle menstrual cup is worn inside the vagina and collects menstrual blood. The cup can be worn for up to 12 hours at one time.  Once full, just empty the cup and re-insert.  At the end of each period clean your cup by boiling it in a pot of water for 3-5 minutes. Buying a menstrual cup may seem like a big expense but it is a one-time cost that will save you hundreds of dollars.  Canadian women spend over $65 a year on menstural products and over a lifetime this adds up to thousands of dollars and a large amount of waste. With proper care a menstrual cup can last up to 10 years, so it is both affordable and environmentally friendly. Cups are able to hold more than 15ml of fluid compared to one tampon which can hold around 5ml of blood and a pad which can hold 5-10mls maximum. That means less changes, less often.
